How does pre-sale work?
Our presale is an exclusive opportunity to purchase our blazer before it officially launches. The first 500 blazers will be shipped in August, with subsequent orders fulfilled between August and October. By joining our Dibs list, you get VIP access to the presale and a chance to be among the first to own our versatile blazer. Simply place your order during the presale period, and we will keep you updated on your shipment status.

What are your shipping options and costs?
Currently we offer standard priority shipping to all customers in the United States for a flat price.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently available to ship to our Canadian customers. It is the customer responsibility to pay any duties and customs fees upon receiving the item.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
We understand that you're excited to receive your Super Blazer, so we strive to get it to you as quickly as possible. Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after processed and shipped.
Please note that processing times are usually 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your shipping information, and receive updates on new products and promotions.

Do You Offer Plus Sizes?
Absolutely! We've meticulously crafted our fits to ensure they flatter you and feel fabulous, offering an inclusive size range from 2 to 20.
We've poured our hearts into designing a classic, inclusive fit that meets the highest standards. Currently, our sizes range from XS to XXL. If you need a size outside of this range, please let us know! Your feedback helps us expand and bring our beautiful blazers to more women.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
I Ordered the Wrong Size or Duplicate Items. What Should I Do?
We get it—mistakes happen! Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we can't modify the items. However, if you need to cancel your order, email us at hello@MelissaGoodwin.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to cancel it if it hasn't shipped yet. If the order has already been dispatched, please see return information for next steps.
What is Your Return Policy?
We strive to ensure you love every piece you purchase. As a boutique brand, we currently offer exchanges only, not refunds. Here’s how it works:
- Exchange Policy: If your blazer isn't a perfect fit or you wish to exchange it for another size or style, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
- How to Initiate an Exchange: To start an exchange, please email our customer service team at hello@MelissaGoodwin.com with your order number and the details of your exchange request. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item reaches us safely.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your item and verify its condition, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you within 5-7 business days. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process so you know exactly when to expect your new blazer.
- Out of Stock: If the piece you wish to exchange for is not in stock, we will provide you with a store credit for the value of your item, so you can choose another piece you love.
- Exceptions: Please note that final sale items are not eligible for exchanges. Additionally, any item returned without a return authorization may not be accepted.

TAKING CARE OF YOUR PIECES
How Do I Care for My Super Blazer?
To keep your Super Blazer looking its best, follow these care instructions:
- General Care: To keep your Super Blazer looking its best, we recommend dry cleaning or a gentle cycle in the washing machine in cold water. Avoid using bleach and hang to dry. Please refer to the care label inside the blazer for detailed instructions.
- Dealing with Wrinkles: It's normal for your blazer to arrive with a few wrinkles due to shipping. Here are some tips to get your blazer looking pristine:
- Steaming: Use a garment steamer to gently remove wrinkles. Hold the steamer a few inches away from the fabric and move it slowly over the wrinkled areas.
- Hanging Up: Hang your blazer in the bathroom while you take a hot shower. The steam will help relax the fabric and reduce wrinkles. Simply hanging the blazer up once it arrives to your home will help as well!
- Ironing: If you prefer ironing, use a low heat setting and place a cloth between the iron and the blazer to avoid direct heat on the fabric.
