Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return and exchange policy on our clothing and physical products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to make a request.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return/exchange, you can log into your customer account here to send return requests:

Once we approve your return request, you're all set to send your item back to us!
You can choose to:
- Ship your return back using any postal service you prefer
- Use the prepaid shipping label we'll provide and reduce the cost from the refunded amount
Just a friendly reminder: Please make sure to request your return first before sending anything back - this helps us process everything smoothly and ensures we can take care of you right away. Items that arrive without a return request unfortunately can't be processed.
Please note: There's a small $12 restocking fee for all returns to help cover our processing costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any digital products, sale items or gift cards.
All digital product sales are final.
Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is complete. Once the guide is delivered, it cannot be unseen — and we believe every insight inside has the power to shift something for you.
