Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return and exchange policy on our clothing and physical products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to make a request.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note: because we are on a pre-sale, we anticipate this to be a sellout line. We cannot guarantee the size you are requesting to exchange for will be in stock; however, we will do everything possible to ensure you get the right size. If for some reason your item is out of stock, we will issue you a credit to be used at a later date. 

To start a return/exchange, you can click on our return portal. If your return/exchange is accepted, you can ship us back the item through your choice of postal service or use our shipping provided shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note: $12 restocking fee for all returns.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any digital products, sale items or gift cards. 

All digital product sales are final.
Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is complete. Once the guide is delivered, it cannot be unseen — and we believe every insight inside has the power to shift something for you.
